Late Winter

The natural beauty and serenity of the Linear Park is highlighted each January as Mansfield celebrates its parks system and healthy living with the annual Snowman Run. Originally known as The Winter Walk, this event draws all kinds of walkers, runners and bikers to Mansfield. In 2017, the event was expanded to include a 5K run and rechristened as The Snowman Run.

Spring and Summer

The spring fun starts in March with the annual Pickle Parade & Palooza in historic downtown. Start by running in the Pickle Palooza 5K or 10K, watch the World’s Only St. Paddy's Pickle Parade, and enjoy the after party on Main Street in historic downtown.

Celebrating Independence Day in Mansfield means rockets, recreation and rock n' roll. Mansfield Rocks has quickly become a favorite of residents and visitors to celebrate Independence Day. There's food, family entertainment and a spectacular fireworks display.

Fall

Every fall a music and arts festival is hosted as a partnership between the City of Mansfield and the Mansfield Commission for the Arts. The event is held in Historic Downtown Mansfield, and includes live music from different genres, food, interactive artist displays, and family-friendly activities.

Christmas

The holiday season in Mansfield kicks off the first weekend in December with Hometown Holidays, a community wide celebration that begins on Friday night with the lighting of the Christmas tree. Historic Mansfield is filled with the Hometown Holidays parade on Saturday, followed by a Holiday Tour of Homes on Sunday.
